Job Description:
Immediate need for Audit Supervisors and Seniors for a local CPA
firm with openings in their Inland Empire office. The Audit
Supervisor is responsible for the orderly completion of
engagements, making the initial determination as to whether or not
the engagement objectives have been met, and keeping the manager(s)
and partner(s) informed of progress and unusual developments.
Desired Skills/Experience:
? Bachelors degree in Accounting, Masters degree a plus
? Valid California CPA license
? Four (4) plus years of experience in a public accounting firm
with audit experience of governmental agencies to include counties,
cities, and special districts including two (2) plus year?s
supervisory experience
? Valid driver?s license
? Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to show strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
? Advanced technical skills in accounting and auditing
? Ability to travel throughout California
? Solid understanding of industry specific audit issues and attest
services in any of the following areas; financial statement audit,
regulatory compliance, due diligence and structuring, process and
controls, or assertions and agreements
? Knowledge of Prosystems fx accounting software desired
