Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to evaluate operations and recommend
strategies for performance improvement
Aggregate and synthesize data to develop actionable insights for
executive decision-making
Support initiatives that streamline operations and enhance digital
maturity across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business, finance,
or engineering preferred
3-5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity,
investment banking, or enterprise strategy
Strong ability to synthesize complex datasets into meaningful
insights
Demonstrated ability to connect operations, technology, and finance
for enterprise-level decision-making
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of balancing
execution with strategic thinking
