Job Description:
A company is looking for a Rep 1, Credit & Collections-
Backoffice.
Key Responsibilities
Liaison between internal and external customers regarding
serviceability, bankruptcy, credit inquiries, and
collection-related topics
Make outbound and receive inbound customer contacts to resolve
extreme delinquencies
Accurately apply account credits and explain billing cycles,
payment due dates, and balances owed to customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Experience working in a remote environment preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and
weekends
Basic understanding of the collections timeline
