Job Description Job Description Senior Tax Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead our tax department. This role will involve overseeing tax compliance, planning, and strategy for both domestic and international operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and a proven track record of effectively managing tax-related projects and teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of tax compliance and reporting for the organization. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all tax regulations. Provide expert advice on international tax matters, including transfer pricing and cross-border transactions. Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and ensure alignment with tax strategies. Conduct tax research and analysis to stay current on legislative changes and industry trends affecting taxation. Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation required. Minimum 7 years of experience in taxation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax laws and regulations. Proven experience in tax compliance and planning for multinational corporations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
