Lynwood Multi-Specialty clinic in Lynwood is looking for a clinic
supervisor to join their team! LVN license or MA diploma and
supervisory experience are required. Exciting opportunity to lead a
team and work with multiple specialties! Job Description Join our
dynamic team as a Clinic Supervisor in a fast-paced and high-volume
environment. This role involves working within women's health,
family practice, and pediatrics, ensuring seamless operations
through accurate insurance verification, documentation, and
referrals. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinic operations in
a high-volume setting. Ensure accuracy in insurance verification
and documentation processes. Manage and facilitate patient
referrals efficiently. Provide support and supervision to clinic
staff. Implement and maintain clinic protocols and procedures.
Essential Skills LVN license or MA diploma is required. Proficiency
in Athena EMR. Bilingual in Spanish with the ability to read,
write, and speak fluently. Strong administrative skills. Work
Environment The work environment is fast-paced and high-volume,
with a large number of Spanish-speaking patients. This role offers
the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both front and back
office settings, making it ideal for those eager to start a career
in the medical field. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to
Hire position based out of Lynwood, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $36.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
