Finance Business Partner (Sales & Marketing) - Rancho Cucamonga, CAFull-TimeSalary: $85k+This candidate will work within Sales Operations Control and Analysis function and act as the primary finance business partner to provide strategic commercial financial analysis and insight, supporting the Company's manufacturing and trading business (global export markets) commercial finance leadership team and relevant business leaders, to deliver business strategy and revenue and profit targets.Key AccountabilitiesDeliver high quality financial analysis for product category, brand, and market using data to deliver commercially relevant insights. Perform advanced financial modelling, profitability analysis, monitoring business issues and impact to the bottom line, as well as analyzing proposed introduction of new products and actionable insights is expected.Collaborate with business directors to track business goals, prospects/pipelines and client profitability, and provide timely and relevant reporting and insights in these areas to the business.Performing monthly variance analysis of financial results, review with commercial business leaders to ensure understanding of the drivers and corresponding risk, controlling of selling and distribution expenses.Prepare and manage of budgets and rolling forecasts (sales and selling expenses) and management of business reviews of actuals vs forecastsManaging customers contracts, liaison with Legal Counsel and Business Directors, and also managing contracted sales targets, incentive programsEnsure overseas sales entities (and Singapore market) are managing at right level of operation controls and governance requirements.Leveraging BI tools (Tableau) to provide visibility of business performance and for better risk controls.Desired Skills / Experience:Strong preference for candidates from manufacturing and export business environmentSuperior proficiency with ERP (Oracles) and Microsoft ExcelHighly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, demonstrated teamwork skillsDemonstrated excellent analytical, project management and financial skillsOperates within a team and independentlyAbility to balance and manage varying tasks with different skill requirements in a productive and effective mannerCandidate with the following experiences is preferred:Financial simulation modelGeographical, products, costs walkthrough analysisSupply chain coordinationInventory monitoringCosts control, marketing costs, selling expenses, etc.Sensitive to market rates movements, foreign exchange, raw material, etc. how to blend into financial analysisOperation exposure (example credit risk management, demand supply assessment, contract management)EducationBachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or other related area.Experience:minimum of 5 years' commercial business partnering experience gained in MNCs with different functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Pricing, Finance (Accounting, Tax etc.)
