Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee multimedia strategy for podcasts, video, and
social media to enhance audience awareness and engagement
Partner with the Media team to expand the reach of content and
implement campaigns for audience growth and monetization
Build relationships within the Christian creator space and leverage
insights to inform marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in multimedia marketing or social media
strategy with a focus on audience growth
Experience with podcasts and multimedia platforms, driving
marketing strategy and audience development
Strong understanding of the Christian creator space and cultural
trends
Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign
performance
Previous experience in a growth marketing role is preferred
