Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Marketing Growth to lead
customer acquisition initiatives focused on scaling loan
originations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute customer acquisition strategy to drive scalable
and profitable growth
Develop and scale performance marketing strategy across multiple
channels to support customer acquisition
Hire, develop, and mentor a team of high-performing growth and
performance marketers
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in marketing and customer acquisition, with
5+ years managing marketing teams
Experience in the consumer lending industry or a complementary
category
Proven track record in scaling credit or lending products and
managing customer acquisition funnels
Familiarity with marketing technologies, attribution models, and
the use of AI in marketing strategy
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with
company objectives
