seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Permanent Junior
M&O Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the
Construction industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a
talented professional to contribute to a thriving team while
gaining invaluable experience in the field of Maintenance and
Operations (M&O). The successful candidate will be responsible
for managing and coordinating various M&O projects, ensuring
that all project goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.
Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, implementation, and
tracking of specific M&O projects with specified deliverables.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with
senior management and stakeholders. Develop and manage full-scale
project plans and associated communication documents. Plan,
schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
using appropriate tools. Effectively communicate project
expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear
manner. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project
goals. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate
personnel. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical
path. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements
documentation, and presentations. Proactively manage changes in
project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency
plans. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members
and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and
accountability for their assigned work. Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project
management role, preferably in the construction industry.
Demonstrated experience in project management processes,
strategies, and methods. Exceptional leadership, team management,
and motivation skills. Excellent time management and organizational
skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously. Proficient in project management software tools,
applications, and methodologies. Exceptional verbal, written, and
presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently
and as part of a team. Knowledge of project management techniques
and tools. Direct work experience in project management capacity.
Proven experience in strategic planning. Proven experience in risk
management. Proven experience in change management. Proficient in
project management software. Project Management Professional (PMP)
/ PRINCE II certification is a plus. This position offers an
