Responsibilities include: Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including: Gas/electric split systems Package units Heat pumps Ductwork Ductless mini-split systems Floor and wall furnaces Lead installations from start to finish Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards Communicate clearly with customers and team members Maintain a clean and organized job site Demonstrate professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail What We’re Looking For 5 years of HVAC installation experience EPA Certification Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record Ability to run complete installations independently Strong adherence to safety practices and company standards Ability to read and write in English Excellent customer service and communication skills If you’re a top-tier installer who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to grow with a trusted, family-owned company, AirTech HVAC would love to meet you.
