Job Details:
" Possess 12 - 15+ years experience in implementing manual and automation testing.
" Responsible for coordinating, planning, tracking and measuring the end-to-end test progress by various testing parties
" Owns governance related to Test estimation, test processes
" Standardize UAT Test Reporting process
" Alignment with development and Infra
" Coordinate with release management on go / no go
" Coordinate UAT across various business units as required
" Standardize UAT Test Reporting process
" Publish Test Execution KPI s daily, weekly etc.
" Collaborate with IT and SME team on functional blockers
" Sprint/Release Retro and continuous test improvement plans
