(Remote-Based, USA).
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone and remote technical support for ultrasound
products to healthcare customers and field partners
Diagnose and resolve customer service issues using remote access
tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer
satisfaction and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in ultrasound, specifically with Philips
systems
Associate's Degree or equivalent; Technical Bachelor's Degree
preferred
Expertise in MS Office and CRM platforms
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Computer networking skills preferred
