Job Description Job Description General Labor Teardown Department Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. Shift: 1st Shift 5:30 AM Start Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Teardown Electronics Technician , responsible for disassembling transmissions and related components for inspection, cleaning, and rebuild preparation. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality rebuilds and smooth production flow. Duties & Responsibilities Disassemble transmissions, differentials, and related components using hand and power tools. Inspect internal parts for wear, damage, or contamination, and document findings. Organize and label all parts for rebuild or replacement. Clean and prepare components for the rebuilding department. Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times. Follow all shop safety procedures and use required PPE. Assist mechanics or rebuilders with additional shop duties as needed. Qualifications Previous mechanical or teardown experience preferred (automotive, industrial, or manufacturing). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Knowledge of basic hand and air tools required. Strong attention to detail and organization. Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Steel-toe boots required Why Join Us?
