engineering environment. Duties & Responsibilities Perform complex
electromechanical troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues
in integrated systems. Execute preventive maintenance programs for
production machinery and test equipment to ensure optimal
performance and longevity. Conduct precise mechanical assembly and
integration of components, ensuring adherence to engineering
specifications. Perform thorough electrical testing, including
continuity, voltage, and current measurements, to verify system
functionality. Interpret and utilize detailed blueprints,
schematics, and technical drawings for assembly, repair, and
modification tasks. Implement and maintain PLC programming for
automated systems, including minor modifications and debugging.
Provide essential robotics maintenance, covering calibration,
repair, and programming adjustments for robotic arms and automated
cells. Calibrate and adjust various types of equipment and
instrumentation to meet stringent operational standards.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems,
ensuring reliable operation and safety. Document all maintenance
activities, repairs, and calibrations accurately in maintenance
logs and digital systems. Collaborate effectively with engineering
teams on new equipment installation, system upgrades, and process
improvement initiatives. Mentor junior technicians and contribute

Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electromechanical
systems maintenance and repair. Demonstrated proficiency in
electromechanical troubleshooting techniques. Strong foundational
knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles. Ability to
accurately read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and
wiring diagrams. Experience with preventive maintenance protocols
and best practices. Proficiency in using various hand tools, power
tools, and diagnostic equipment. Solid understanding of safety
protocols and procedures in an industrial setting, including
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in
Mechatronics, Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Automation,
or a closely related field. Experience with PLC programming logic
and basic ladder diagram interpretation. Familiarity with robotics
maintenance and operation. Previous experience with equipment
calibration in a manufacturing or engineering environment. OSHA
