Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with glazing industry experience to join our team in The Inland Empire. This job requires assuming responsibility for all stages of the project from turn-over thru close-out including reviewing job specifications, attending pre-construction meetings, preparing submittals, maintaining project schedules, communicating with general contractors and vendors, purchasing of materials, managing change orders, ensuring quality workmanship, profitability, and directing crews.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in the commercial glass industry.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Knowledgeable of storefront, curtain wall, doors, and hardware.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints.
- Must be able to produce quantity take-offs from architectural plans and complete accurate estimates and write proposals.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving, and listening skills are critical.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, knowledge of QuickBooks and Procore a plus.
