A company is looking for a Manager, Data & Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of Market Solutions
modules, including user configuration and report development
Oversee client services, including managing customer escalations
and ensuring high-quality implementations
Collaborate on strategic initiatives, scoping new service
offerings, and providing input on product strategy
Required Qualifications
6+ years of operational leadership in a consulting environment,
preferably in healthcare or technology implementation
Experience in designing and improving processes, scaling software
and services, and managing consulting teams
Ability to make real-time decisions based on business objectives
and customer needs
Servant-leader mindset with experience managing multiple resources
across complex projects
Preferred understanding of healthcare billing and finance
processes
