Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Care Enablement to lead
the development and oversight of care training and quality
assurance across its markets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of training and quality
assurance programs for care teams
Serve as the main contact between Care Enablement and other teams
to ensure effective training execution
Analyze data to identify training gaps and provide feedback for
continuous improvement in care delivery
Required Qualifications
Experience leading training programs for care teams, including
familiarity with LMS and live training formats
5+ years of experience in leadership roles, managing teams and
other managers
Experience in quality assurance within healthcare delivery or care
management settings
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights
into actionable strategies
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and
People teams
