Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Contracts and
Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the contracts and procurement function with a focus
on regulatory compliance for grants
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, ensuring
compliance with federal and state regulations
Monitor procurement activities and serve as the subject matter
expert on procurement and contractual obligations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Business, or a
related field (JD or Master's preferred)
8-10 years of experience in contract and procurement management,
with at least 5 years in grant compliance
In-depth knowledge of FFATA, 2 CFR 200, and state charitable
solicitation laws
Experience managing subawards and complex vendor relationships
Proficiency with contract and grant management platforms
