Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trust Asset Manager responsible for
managing a portfolio of timber assets in the Pacific Northwest.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee timberland activities, including sales, reforestation, and
maintenance
Develop strategies for timber real estate assets and maintain
relationships with clients and vendors
Prepare budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Forestry; Master's preferred
Minimum 8 years of forestry experience preferred
Proficiency in lease, sale, and acquisition negotiations
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with aggressive
deadlines
Obtain and maintain relevant industry designations and training
