A company is looking for an Engagement Manager II to shape
online strategies for Government organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Establish key strategic relationships and maintain a project
pipeline to meet customer targets
Partner with pre-sales to educate customers on services and
solutions
Maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth based on
business requirements
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience with U.S. citizenship due to legal
requirements
Understanding of the consulting process to ensure customer
success
Experience managing and delivering technical customer projects
Knowledge of network technologies, web performance, and web
security
Excellent technical aptitude and a desire to learn new
technologies
