Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Manager to engage with
players and manage community interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily interactions across social media, Discord, and other
community platforms
Monitor discussions to identify player sentiment and feature
requests, relaying feedback to development teams
Track community engagement metrics and compile reports for
leadership highlighting trends and insights
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in community management or related roles in
the gaming industry
Familiarity with Discord and major social media platforms
Experience with data analytics tools or live-operated mobile games
is a bonus
Demonstrated empathy and tact in managing player interactions
Passion for gaming, especially in racing, off-road, or simulation
genres
