Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Care Management
LTC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the care management team to ensure individualized
care and timely assessments
Build a high-performing team by developing clinical, technical, and
leadership skills
Enforce compliance with CMS and state regulations while
participating in quality management initiatives
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree from an accredited institution
Relevant clinical license (e.g., NYS RN, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC,
LPC, licensed psychologist)
Leadership experience in managing and developing employees
Experience in a fast-paced environment overseeing multiple
tasks
Proven track record of independent thinking and achieving goals
