Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies
targeting individual donors, foundations, and allied
organizations
Manage development staff and collaborate with leadership to enhance
donor relationships and fundraising efforts
Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and maintain
accurate donor data and reporting systems
Required Qualifications
8+ years of fundraising experience in a mission-driven
organization
Demonstrated understanding of legal compliance for funding streams,
including 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4)
Proven success in project management and donor cultivation
Knowledge of philanthropic trends and ability to design effective
fundraising programs
High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain
confidentiality with clients and donors
