Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Head, Statistics Oncology
HEOR/HTA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of statistical activities for
HEOR/HTA, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals
Oversee the development and execution of statistical methodologies
and analyses, managing risks and ensuring quality and
compliance
Manage vendor relationships and budget for statistical services,
driving operational excellence and innovation within the team
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or
related field; PhD preferred
10+ years of professional experience in statistics within the
pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in Pharma and 3
years in evidence generation
A minimum of 5 years of line management and leadership
experience
Experience in Oncology and late-phase clinical programs
Demonstrated expertise in HTA and Pricing and Reimbursement
activities, with significant experience in RWD utilization
