The NICU RN Supervisor will join a Department that is Certified Baby-Friendly and a staff of highly experienced CPN certified RNs and compassionate CNAs. Reporting to the Nurse Manager of the NICU and Nurse Director of Labor and Delivery, this NICU RN Supervisor will spearhead a team of RNs and techs within a hospital that provides a whole array of medical services including Cancer Care, Emergency Care, Heart and Vascular Care, and Surgical Services.The NICU RN Supervisor will be providing leadership to a Level IIIB regional Intensive Care Nursery. They will support the Labor and Delivery Department as needed for high-risk deliveries and provide safe and rapid intervention for sick neonatal patients. To maximize success in this role, the NICU RN Supervisor will ideally possess previous NICU nursing experience and leadership and will display the ability to lead a highly advanced team that performs life saving measures daily. They will be charged with mentoring new staff and must be able to communicate effectively in all types of situations.Located in the Inland Empire, the NICU RN Supervisor will be able to enjoy a cute downtown area and the mountains of the Angeles National Forest to the North.
