Job Description & RequirementsTelemetry Nurse (TELE RN)StartDate: 4/1/2025 Available Shifts: 2/13/2025 7:00:00 PM - 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $38.00 - $38.00Telemetry RN's monitor patients vital signs by reading and analyzing an electrocardiogram, or another life sign-measuring device. Tele RN's are required for post-ICU care. Tele RNs monitor critically ill patients: most are cardiac cases. Tele RN's typically work in a hospital setting. Tele RNs care for patients who are out of the ICU, but need their vital signs monitored closely (after surgery, for example).Education/Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): 4-Year EducationAssociates Degree in Nursing (ADN): 2-Year EducationYou must earn an ADN or BSN degree and pass the NCLEX to apply for a license as a RN.RNs can only work with an active state license.ACLS and TELE are often required*Flexible and willing to float, Experience with Cerner and OptilinkFacility LocationSurrounded by dramatic mountains, red-rock canyons and sweeping desert wilderness, Palm Springs is the ideal place to indulge in quiet pursuits or heart-pounding adventures.
