Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Support Assistant to
contribute to the health and well-being of Veterans.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Provide front desk reception and administrative support
Validate and update patient demographics and handle Community Care
consults
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Basic medical terminology knowledge
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
Must complete mandatory VA training and comply with health and
safety standards
