Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist patients with
medical inquiries
Work with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
Document patient interactions and update records accurately
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of recent call center experience
Healthcare call center experience is a plus but not required
Must have a quiet workstation with high-speed internet access
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
