Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sports Med PT (DPT).
Key Responsibilities
Assess, evaluate, and treat patients and athletes of all ages in
clinical and event settings
Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and
responses
Document evaluations and treatment plans according to department
policy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois
Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
Experience in delivering athletic training services
Knowledge of EMR system operation for clinical patient care
