Join our team and become a vital part of our ongoing mission to deliver top-tier mental health care, enhance accessibility, and significantly improve the lives of our patients each day!Why Choose Us?Competitive Wages and Malpractice Insurance$60 per initial consult video visit (30-minute visit)$40 per follow-up consult video visit (15-minute visit)Compensation increase after 1 year of serviceCompensation for no-shows and cancellations per policyMalpractice Insurance is provided with tail coverageFlexible ScheduleWork the schedule that best accommodates your lifeFully Supported Telemedicine EnvironmentWe offer superb support staff so you can focus on what you do best, patient treatmentOur Medical Assistants act as a liaison between the Provider and patientOur staff handles patient scheduling, payments, etc.Licensed Psychologists conduct patient assessmentEvery patient comes to their treatment appointment with a completed assessment and diagnosisGrowth OpportunitiesWe will cover the cost of approved additional state licensesCulture of continuous learning with access to monthly educational resources, interactive webinars with industry experts, ongoing educational support, and collaborative peer-to-peer learning opportunitiesDuties/Responsibilities:Utilize video conferencing to conduct virtual appointments with patients.Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for mental health conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, binge eating disorder, and other related disorders tailored to individual patient needs.Prescribe and manage medications, while educating patients on usage, potential side effects, and interactions.Deliver comprehensive patient education, including information on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.Monitor patients' progress during and after treatment and conduct follow-up appointments to assess treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date medical records for each patient; documenting all assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans.Efficient and prompt handling of task completion, prescription refills, and addressing patient inquiries.Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow providers to ensure optimal patient care.Report quality of care issues promptly through established mechanisms.Attend relevant meetings and educational training sessions as required to stay informed about industry developments and best practices.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of telemedicine regulatory changes and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care and consistently updating and enhancing your knowledge base.Fully comply with HIPAA policies and procedures to safeguard patient confidentiality and privacy.Complete any additional tasks and functions as requested by the company, contributing to the overall success of our mission.Required Skills & Experience:Specialized expertise in the comprehensive treatment and management of ADHD, anxiety, depression, binge eating disorder, and other related conditions in both adult and pediatric populations.Demonstrated experience of a minimum of 2 years in mental healthcare or 5 years in a primary care setting, showcasing a proven track record of success.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with current mental disorder diagnostic tools, including but not limited to the DSM-5, GAD-7, PHQ-9.A genuine passion for delivering accessible mental health care to diverse communities.Proficiency in utilizing technology and electronic health record systemsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive and collaborative relationships with both patients and colleagues.High level of flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environmentHigh emotional awareness and sensitivity to patients' needs, reflecting a patient-centered approach to care.Thorough understanding of state telemedicine laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the delivery of services.Previous telehealth experience, highly preferredEducation/Board Certification/LicensureGraduation from a US medical school or foreign medical school with ECFMG certificationDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO) RequiredCompletion of Residency Program in either Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or PsychiatryBoard Certification or Board EligibleCurrent, unrestricted state licenseDEA license(s) and state controlled substance license(s), as applicableLocation & Equipment Requirements:Remote from any location in the United StatesMust have a sterile work environment, free from external noiseMust have reliable internet connectionMust possess a desktop computer, laptop, and/or tablet to conduct video visitsPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Equal OpportunityADHD Online, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
