Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Oncology - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/10/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced Charge RN for a night shift Oncology unit position, requiring a CA RN license and extensive oncology/hematology experience. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in an inpatient Oncology/Hematology unit caring for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with blood disorders and various cancers - Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week (19:00-07:00) - Floating to other units and weekend rotation are required - Patient care includes complex treatments such as chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and CAR T-cell therapy - Uses Epic EMR and prior Epic experience is required - Role includes leading daily operations, staffing, mentoring staff, ensuring safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team - Responsibilities include administration of chemotherapy and blood products, patient flow coordination, and managing complex oncology care - Orientation consists of 36 hours - Caribbean blue scrubs required and not provided by the unit - First-time travelers are welcome if all experience requirements are met /n /n Requirements/n - Active CA RN license required - Current BLS and CHEMO certification required - Minimum 3 years of inpatient oncology experience required, hematology preferred - Minimum 3 years of charge nurse experience required - Experience administering chemotherapy required - Epic EMR experience required /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-657127.
