Job Description Job Description Job Details: • Location: 2801 Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA 90806 • Shift: 3x12-Hour Days (11:00 AM – 11:30 PM) • Start Date: 02/24/2025 • Duration: 13 weeks • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend • Floating: Not required • On-call: Not required • Documentation System: EPIC Responsibilities: • Manage ICU patient transfers and coordination of care • Assess and plan patient discharge and transition needs • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and care standards Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 1 year in ICU and case management • Certifications: BLS required • First-time Travelers: Accepted if ICU with case management experience Additional Information: • Local Candidates: Facility allows local RNs at a local rate (within 50 miles) • Holiday Coverage: Required on major holidays
