Job Description Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal, a
multi-specialty surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and
Inland Empire, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
General Surgeon to join their growing team. This opportunity offers
autonomy to build your own patient volume while practicing in a
well-established group with a collaborative, supportive
environment. Position Highlights - Employment Options: 1099
Independent Contractor or W2 Employed - Practice Scope: Acute and
elective general surgery with the ability to develop a
subspecialty; advanced robotic (DaVinci) and laparoscopic surgery
including colorectal procedures required - Setting: Outpatient
clinics in Montclair and Covina with flexible scheduling for clinic
and OR days - Call Schedule: 1 in 3 (negotiable) including group
and ER calls - Candidate Eligibility: Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible in General Surgery Compensation & Benefits - Year 1
Income Guarantee: $350,000 plus productivity bonus based on
collections - Year 2 Compensation: Productivity-based (up to 70% of
collections after expenses) - Sign-on bonus and relocation
allowance negotiable - Partnership track in outpatient practice -
