Responsibilities: * Take guest orders * Fulfill guest requests * Carry hot and cold plates to guests * Lift and carry trays with drinks * Pre-bus tables - remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables * Process payments * Make change * Light cleaning * Interact professionally with guests * Side work * Light cleaning * Take garbage and recycling (if applicable) to dumpster * Sweep floors * Perform other restaurant duties as assigned * Restroom checks * Keep restaurant in like new condition during and after every shift * Must have superior knowledge of food, drinks, standards, and expectations Qualifications: * Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Able to communicate well * Positive attitude * Able to work under pressure * Able to effectively solve problems * Able to analyze information * Able to meet deadlines * Must work with a sense of urgency * Must be able to use basic mathematical calculations * Able to memorize information PI6e4b3ca7422c-29400-40014724
