POSITION SUMMARY The Associate Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of non-clinical administrative support positions for the organization. Will support the corporate, hospice, home health and complex care service lines. The position requires self-motivation, flexibility, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, customer-focus, attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills.REPORTS TO: Director of Recruiting
SUPERVISES: Individual ContributorQUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field preferred from an accredited four year university.
Experience: 1+ year of healthcare industry experience; Sourcing methodology experience
Core Competencies: Knowledge of labor law, human resources compliance, and strong networking ability. Strong communication skills both verbal and written, problem analysis and assessment, judgment and problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing, work and time management, attention to detail and high level of accuracy, teamwork and collaboration
Other: CIR Certification a plusFUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but are not limited to the following)
--- Meets/speaks regularly with hiring managers and site leads to identify recruitment needs and position qualifications.
--- Sources potential candidates utilizing multiple tools, including ADP databases, job boards and social media, local and national conferences and career fair attendance, referral networks, etc.
--- Screens resumes and credentials for skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and conducts phone screenings with candidates.
--- Provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about Charter HealthCare Group, the position and work location/coverage area.
--- Updates and maintains applicant tracking system / recruitment database in a timely and accurate manner and maintains candidate pipeline for future positions.
--- Stays current on trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
--- Collaborates with the credentialing department & human resources to ensure candidates complete all required preliminary and onboarding paperwork.
--- Assist with special projects or other duties as required to ensure operations are successful
