Job Description OSITION SUMMARY A member of the recruitment services department, the recruitment coordinator is responsible for assisting achieving consistently high levels of customer support to both internal and external customers to include: Interview scheduling, managing vacancy postings/lists, confirming start dates for new hires, and ensuring new hire paperwork is completed thoroughly and timely. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor---s degree in Business management/Human Resources, or healthcare administration or related field preferred; Recruitment certification a plus Experience: 6-18 months of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, customer service or related field is preferred. Prior administrative experience (scheduling meetings, answering phones, etc) required. Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills (Verbal and in writing), familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ADP), spreadsheets, MSOffice Suite, strong ability to prioritize tasks, HR labor law knowledge, customer service, confidentiality Other: Prior experience working on projects and special initiatives, prior healthcare industry experience. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but are not limited to the following) The above statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principle functions of the position as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all work requirements that maybe inherent in the position. --- Support the Talent Acquisition team with a high volume of interview scheduling, coordinating with both candidates and internal employees at all levels. --- Create calendar invites to ensure interviewers have all the necessary details; send confirmation emails to candidates; troubleshoot on site if needed. --- Create new jobs in applicant tracking system (ATS) and post open positions using internal and external networks including social media and online recruiting tools --- Conduct reference checks, initiate background checks, and assist with sending onboarding paperwork and orientation details to new hires and internal teams. --- Generate transfer and promotion letters for internal employees. --- Special projects as requested; maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, best practices, and applicable laws regarding recruitment --- Generate and send out disposition letters to candidates that are not selected for positions --- Maintain and update weekly job openings list --- Process employee requisition forms and review for completeness/appropriate approvals --- Prepare weekly pipeline report on open vacancies --- Participate in bi-monthly position control meetings Monday-Friday, 8A-5P
