A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Payroll Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with business stakeholders to identify product
and technical requirements
Lead analysis to determine requirements and ensure project
execution aligns with budget and business commitments
Oversee daily operations, including upgrades, troubleshooting, and
problem resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent coursework and
experience
7-10 years of relevant work experience
Strong working knowledge of Workday Payroll
Ability to build and execute long-term strategies
Experience managing a team of analysts
