A company is looking for an HR Process Analyst to streamline
internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize processes and maintain documentation to enhance employee
support
Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with HR and tech
stakeholders
Centralize manual tasks to improve efficiency and consistency in
service delivery
Required Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience in process optimization
or change management
Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements and documenting
processes
Preferred experience in HR operations or Shared Services
environments
Proficiency with workflow management tools such as ServiceNow
Strong stakeholder management skills with proven effectiveness in
cross-team collaboration
