Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Technical Specialist to
assist in technical and specialized work related to operations
applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and monitor applications, systems, hardware, and
accounts within business applications
Produce internal and external reports, including performance
metrics
Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and escalate issues with
internal business partners and IT department
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4
years functional experience in lieu of a degree
Experience using current products and systems preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Ability to provide after-hours production support as needed
Strong analytical and organizational skills
