Rancho Cucamonga Law Firm Seeks a Full-Time Civil Litigation Associate or a Contract Lawyer to work on Business Litigation cases. Minimum 3 years related experience required. Must have strong advocacy, writing & research skills. Good communication skills and work well with timelines. Good salaries, bonus, benefits and work environment for full time Associates. Job Functions Include: Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions Attending mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials Developing and executing litigation strategy for clients Preparing cases for trial Managing, counseling, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel Conducting legal research Document review Skills and Requirements Include: California Bar in Good Standing required 3 years' experience in commercial litigation preferred Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong analytical and legal research skills Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively verbally and in writing Attention to detail, good organization skills, patient Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
