Associate Counsel will be responsible for legal research and advice
to support the organization's operational, legal, compliance and
regulatory goals. The Associate Counsel is a business partner,
engaging with departments to understand their issues that may have
both legal and business impacts. The position requires the ability
to demonstrate sound judgment, organizational skills and

legal practice or in-house experience as an attorneyExperience with
