Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to assist with
motor vehicle accident claims and settlement negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reduction requests and settlement negotiations for assigned
motor vehicle accident claims
Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
Ensure timely resolution through follow-up with attorney offices
and prepare necessary documentation
Requirements and Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Georgia
At least 6 months of experience with Motor Vehicle Accident
claims
1 year of experience in the healthcare field in billing or
collections preferred
Basic understanding of Revenue Cycle terminology and practices
