Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal - GPO Contract
Administrator - Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Review and draft a high volume of agreements and documents under
tight deadlines
Investigate facts, gather documents, and provide summaries for
attorney needs
Conduct research on relevant laws and deliver education and
training as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
(experience may substitute for education)
Preferred paralegal certification
Minimum five years of relevant work experience in GPO, supply
chain, or legal departments
Experience with GPO and supply chain contracts is highly
preferred
Specialized training or experience in assigned area of law is
preferred
