A company is looking for a Labor and Employment Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on various employment law matters including hiring
practices, wage compliance, and workplace policies
Draft and review employment-related documents such as agreements
and handbooks
Manage employment-related disputes and collaborate with HR on
compliance training
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S.
jurisdiction
Minimum of 5-7 years of legal experience focused on labor and
employment law
In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Proven ability to balance legal risks with practical business
needs
