About the Role

Sundae is building its Investor Solutions team to engage with real estate investors. This is an opportunity to develop personally and professionally while working with a fast-paced team that values candor, authenticity, and creativity.

As an Investor Advisor, you are responsible for regional investor relationships, management, and supplemental services. The IA also oversees all contract dispositions for their respective Sundae market. Youll become an expert on our teams underwriting and field questions about property values and construction budgets. You will also provide investors with access to our in-house, preferred services like financing, resale brokerage, and escrow. This role sits at an exciting cross-section of the business and is directly responsible for company-level revenue KPIs on assigned contracts. At this early stage in Sundaes lifecycle, youll have an impact on everything from playbooks to sales tool development to marketing strategy. Youll work with members from every team to solve the problems facing our customers. Strong producers and leaders in this role have a tremendous opportunity for growth into management or other teams within the organization as we scale.

Manage a comprehensive lifecycle pipeline ranging from investors initial research to active clients who buy contracts and services through Sundae. Negotiate real estate contracts with investors Master Sundaes underwriting policies at each stage of the workflow Drive revenue and achieve Sundaes targeted economics on real estate contracts Responsible for generating ancillary revenue through multiple streams of added services Cultivate relationships with local real estate investors through meet-ups, referrals, social media, lead generation, and more Maintain a working knowledge of local real estate activity and regulations Work directly with management to package learnings and feedback from investor interaction into actionable feature expansion and new product development Able to work cross-functionally within Sundaes internal teams Build and iterate Sundaes end-to-end workflow and make recommendations for updates to Salesforce
About You
Ability to communicate complex topics in simple succinct terms Effective time management and task prioritization Data-driven (borderline obsessed) Comfortable in unstructured environments Impeccable organization and attention to detail A healthy compulsion to document processes while implementing learnings Empathic, active listening Politely persistent Curious, yet authoritative Personal interest in real estate and investing (preferred) Highly computer literate, mastery of Google Suite products Experience using Salesforce.com (preferred) Experience growing a role at an early stage company (preferred) Professional experience in real estate or financial services (preferred)
