Job Description:

Local growing company looking for an Account Payable clerk to join their team.

This Account Payable position requires someone that possess general accounting knowledge.



Skills/Requirements: * Enters vendor invoices for payment processing. * Reconciles differences by analysis of supporting documents and discussion with ordering department and vendor as necessary; obtain management approval as needed. * Must be skilled in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word. * Must understand how to process journal entries (debits and credits).



--- Must have two years--- experience in Accounts Payable in a high volume accounting environment. This position is also ideal for an Account Payable individual that has excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
