Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY Provide a brief description as to the primary
purpose of this job (no more than three to five sentences): The
Document Control Specialist plays a key role in supporting the
Quality Assurance team, Engineering Team, coordinating CAR/MRB
activities. This role is responsible for all quality records at the
site and provides back-up support to the Quality Engineers, which
can include data entry on customer websites. ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONS/DUTIES List essential job functions that comprise the
job; describe in terms of actions (verbs) and desired outcomes in
order of most important first: Coordinate CAR and MRB activities
for the Quality Assurance Team Document Control for Quality
Responsible for the identification, storage, protection and
retrieval of quality records Coordination of daily Certificate of
Conformance (C of C) activities Create EReqs and follow up in
deadlines Provides back support to the Quality Engineering team ,
including data entry on customer websites Maintain a clean,
organized work area Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and
environmental policies and procedures Attendance Ability to work
overtime Ability to work effectively with others Work
on/participate in special projects as needed or assigned by
Management Salary Range: $20 - $23 hourly QUALIFICATIONS Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required (GED) Experience: 2+
years previous experience in Quality Assurance required
Certifications/Licenses: None Other Required Knowledge, Skills &
Abilities: Attention to detail, ability to professionally
communicate at all levels of the organization, working knowledge of
MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), ability to work with
others through complex situations This is a full time position
