What You'll Do: The Account Servicing Specialist is responsible for supporting all back end transactions relating to the customer account . The position manages the overall customer experience (end-users, & FCAP sponsors and internal departments). In addition to the below mentioned Qualifications, the candidate will possess strong communication, organizational and writing skills and demonstrate the ability to excel and improvise in a fast-paced environment. General Duties/Responsibilities:

• Process Termination, Repossession, and Charge-offs
• Perform loan maintenance activities.
• Assessing Fees to accounts and Fee Reversals
• Performing Re-bookings, unwinds.
• Tack Financing and Refinancing
• Dealing with and Processing Substitutions of Collateral
• Performing file maintenance for maturing loans.
• Monitoring and posting of the daily exception transactions.
• Assists in the monitoring and posting the daily non-post transactions.
• Conducts account research as required.
• Provides back up in sorting the daily mail and posting payments
• Review various reports to accurately service the loan/lease and account maintenance activity. Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 5-10 years' experience in loan servicing at finance institutions
  • BS/BA Business Administration/Finance/Marketing or similar
  • Must have knowledge of Commercial Financing, Equipment Finance Agreements, and Trac Leasing.
  • Must be highly organized and able to accurately communicate across differentdepartments.
  • Strict adherence to a high level of customerservice
  • Detailed oriented with ability to multi-task on many concurrentprojects.
  • Strong written and verbalskills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to resolve criticalproblems.
  • Must be able to work and thrive within a "Team "environment.
  • Positive, high energy and a desire to work hard to accomplishgoals. Compensation: $20/hr - $25/hr
