and to learn more. -WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE -
-JOB DUTIESA Plant Learning Specialist is responsible for
identifying the development and training needs of Evolution Fresh.
Work with human resources and line managers to design and implement
development plans and training programs for employees with the
target of employees constantly evolving to be the best they can be,
allowing Evolution Fresh to grow and become the best in the
industry.
- Develop unique training programs to fulfill workers' specific
needs to maintain or improve job skills.
- Assess training and development needs through surveys,
interviews, focus groups, communication with managers, and
instructors.
- Select and assign instructors to conduct specific training and
development.
- Provide performance evaluations for training instructors and
operators.
- Create, organize, plan, and present various forms of
onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and
development.
- Create and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and
course materials.
- Present training and development programs using various forms
and formats including group discussions, lectures, simulations, and
videos.
- Maintain records via LMS of training and development
activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and
retraining requirements.
- Assess training materials prepared by instructors.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys,
and feedback.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications: -
- High School/GED or one plus years experience in a related field
or a combination of both education and experienceAdditional
Required Qualifications: -
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and
alternatives.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and
methods.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and
development.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and
in writing
- Strong presentation skills.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related
program software.
- Ability to provide technical leadership
- Ability to coach and mentor others
- Ability to work by safety, quality, and sanitation standards,
policies, and procedures
- Ability to work variable shifts to support business
needsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development,
