Location: RemotePay: $35 per hourSchedule: FlexibleTraining: Paid training providedEquipment: Necessary equipment providedAbout Us:Bikram Yoga Rancho Cucamonga is a well-established yoga studio offering authentic Bikram Yoga classes to help individuals achieve balance and wellness. We are seeking a Remote Appointment Setter to manage bookings and class sign-ups, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy client interaction, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment Setting: Contact potential clients to schedule introductory classes, consultations, or memberships, using provided leads.
• Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries about class availability, membership options, and special events via phone, email, and messaging.
• Lead Management: Follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
• Class Bookings: Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, or canceling their yoga classes, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
• Promotions & Specials: Inform clients about studio promotions, special events, or membership deals to encourage participation.
• Follow-Up: Send reminder notifications for upcoming classes and follow up with no-shows to reschedule or offer alternative class options.
• Customer Support: Address any issues related to scheduling or appointment setting and escalate concerns as necessary.Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling software (training provided)
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic knowledge or interest in yoga is a plus, but not requiredPerks:
